THE REALITY OF THE GROUND
AN OFF-THE-SHELF TRAINING COURSE DOESN'T ALWAYS FIT YOUR SITUATION

"We have a specific group project (cover crops, agroecological transition…), but nothing in the standard catalogue quite matches our context."

"Our cooperative would like to offer members a solid training course on a specific topic, without starting from scratch."

"Our training centre needs an expert able to design a bespoke module to complement our existing catalogue."

"Our technical advisors don't all share the same agronomic frame of reference: we need training built around our own cases, not generic examples."
What This Training Changes
Rather than adapting your needs to an existing programme, the programme is built around your needs. Together, we define the objectives, content, duration and teaching format, so the training is directly useful to your farm, your group or your organisation.
THIS TRAINING IS TAILOR-MADE FOR YOU...
CUSTOM TRAINING FOR EVERY TYPE OF ORGANISATION

OUR APPROACH
7 STEPS TO CO-DESIGN YOUR TRAINING PROGRAMME
1
Identifying and analysing the need
An initial conversation to understand your context, your agronomic challenges and the intended audience.
2
Defining the expected outcomes
Together, we set out the skills and knowledge participants should master by the end of the training.
3
Identifying the conditions for success
Number of participants, starting level, field constraints: we frame what will make the training genuinely effective.
4
Defining the teaching and technical format
Format (in person, webinar or "Near You"), duration, materials and facilitation methods are chosen to suit your audience.
5
Reviewing funding options
We work with you to explore available funding schemes (VIVEA, OPCO, regional programmes).
6
Delivering the training
Facilitating the session using tools and examples drawn directly from your own field reality.
7
Optional post-training follow-up
Depending on your needs, a follow-up session can be arranged to consolidate what participants have learned over time.
