The TERREOM team is particularly attentive to compliance with the legal obligations of any website publisher and follows the recommendations of the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (NCCL).
1. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW
The website www.terreom.fr respects the privacy of its users and strictly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as well as with French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, on information technology, data files, and civil liberties. No personal information is collected without the user's knowledge. No personal information is disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Emails, electronic addresses, or other personally identifiable information received through this site are used solely for the purposes described in this policy and are retained only for as long as necessary for such processing.
2. USER RIGHTS: RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION
In accordance with the GDPR and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended by Ordinance No. 2018-1125 of 12 December 2018, on information technology, data files, and civil liberties, users have the right to access, modify, rectify, object to, restrict, and erase the data concerning them, as well as the right to data portability. If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
3. COOKIES AND STATISTICAL DATA: TRACKING AND PROFILING
While browsing, users leave digital traces. This information is collected through a connection tracker called a cookie, which may contain personal information.
To improve usability, site navigation, editorial content, and user experience, the statistics management tool used by www.terreom.fr (Wix Analytics) stores information relating to the user's profile: device, browser used, geographic origin of requests, date and time of connection, site navigation, frequency of visits, etc. This connection data is used for statistical purposes and is retained for a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
In accordance with applicable regulations, cookies that are not strictly necessary for the site's operation are only placed after obtaining your consent, requested on your first visit. Some parts of this site may not function fully if non-essential cookies are refused.

5. VIDEO RECORDING OF WEBINAR SESSIONS
As part of training sessions delivered by webinar, TERREOM may record the session in audio and video format. This recording may include the image and voice of the trainer, as well as, depending on each participant's chosen mode of attendance (camera and microphone on or off), the image and voice of trainees, along with any content shared on screen (slideshow, chat).
This recording serves the following purposes:

Ensuring pedagogical follow-up of the session and allowing trainees to access the content covered at a later time;

Meeting our traceability and proof-of-delivery obligations for the training action, as required under Qualiopi certification and by controls that may be carried out by funding bodies (VIVEA, OCAPIAT, OPCO, FIFPL);

Improving the pedagogical quality of our training courses.

Trainees are informed, before each session, that this recording will take place. Every participant retains the option of attending the training with camera and microphone off, or of speaking under a first name only, without this affecting their participation in the training.
These recordings are kept for strictly internal use, for a period of 5 years from the date of the session, in line with the retention period applied to the training file. They are not published or shared with third parties, except where required by law. As indicated in Article 2, trainees have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of any recordings concerning them.

Additionally, we use tracking tools to measure and collect session information such as page response time, page visit times, page interaction information, and methods used to navigate outside the page.
7. USE OF DATA
We use the data collected when you contact us to provide you with an answer.
Also, the data communicated at the time of registration for one of our training courses is useful for us to send you the documents necessary for the validation of your registration and for the follow-up of your file.
Also, we use your data to keep you informed of news from our training centre and the development of our programme.
Finally, we use information related linked to your navigation on our site to improve its presentation and adapt the content to your needs.
8. DATA STORAGE
Our website is hosted by the Wix.com platform. Your data is stored in databases created by Wix.com, on secure servers located within the European Union or, in the event of transfer outside the EU, covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses), in accordance with Wix.com's privacy policy.
Data retention periods vary depending on their purpose:

Contact data (prospects, information requests): 3 years from the last contact.

Data related to a training file (agreement, attendance sheet, pedagogical report): 5 years, in accordance with the documentary obligations of training providers.

Video recordings of webinar sessions: 5 years from the date of the session, in line with the training file (see Article 5).

Accounting records and funding supporting documents (OPCO, public funding bodies): 10 years.

Evidence of compliance with the Qualiopi framework: until the next certification renewal audit.
Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
9. DATA MANAGEMENT POLICY UPDATE
We reserve the right to update our data management policy at any time. We recommend that you review it regularly.
Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
