Raphaël MARTIAL is an agricultural engineer, a graduate of ENITA Bordeaux, with more than 20 years of experience in agriculture, including several years as an advisor at the Landes Chamber of Agriculture. As founder of TERREOM, he specializes in soil fertility, plant nutrition, and agroecology.
His teaching approach rests on one core principle: making complex subjects accessible. He combines scientific rigor with hands-on field experience, so that every participant leaves the training with a method and observation tools they can apply immediately, whether in their own fields or in their advisory work.
