Raphaël MARTIAL is an agricultural engineer, graduate of ENITA Bordeaux, with more than 20 years of experience in agriculture. Founder of TERREOM, he designed and delivers this cover crops training based on genuine field experience: mix composition, successful sowing, management through to termination, and integrating permanent cover crops into agroecological rotations.
A former advisor at the Landes Chamber of Agriculture, he has supported many farmers in choosing and managing their cover crops, across varied soil and climate contexts. This hands-on experience underpins a genuinely practical cover crops training: every tool presented (Acacia, the MERCI method, profitability calculation) has been used and tested in the field before being taught.
His teaching approach rests on a simple principle: making the complex accessible. Every participant in this cover crops training leaves with a complete method — from species selection to termination of the cover — that is immediately applicable on their fields or in their advisory work.

VIVEA. Other schemes are available for those in different employment statuses: OPCO, regional funding.
PREFERENTIAL RATES
