RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR TRAINING COURSES

PREAMBLE

These rules of procedure apply to all participants in a training course organized by TERREOM.

1. PRESENTATION OF TERREOM

TERREOM has been registered under number 75400153140 with the Prefect of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region since 21/11/2019.

2. TRAINING COURSES OFFERED

TERREOM offers training courses on soil agronomy, the functioning and optimization of agricultural farming systems.

The training course you are about to attend is part of the training offer that you can also consult in our "2023 Training Programme" booklet.

​

Following registration, an agreement will be sent to you. It will be signed by you and the representative of TERREOM.

3. COURSE OF THE TRAINING

The agreement recalls the dates and times of the training course. Schedules will be specified at the beginning of training course. They can be adapted in agreement with the participants on the first day of the training course.

​

At the start of each half-day, you and the trainer representing TERREOM will sign an attendance sheet to attest to the successful completion of the training course.

​

At the end of the training course, you will be offered an educational test to verify the correct acquisition of the important points covered.

In addition, a satisfaction survey will be distributed to you to allow you to give your opinion on the quality of the training course. This document is particularly useful to help us continuously improve our training course.

​

Finally, you will receive a certificate of completion.

4. TEACHING METHODS

The teaching methods are adapted according to the subject of the training course.They are specified in the training agreement.

The most frequently used teaching methods are the following:

​

  • In-class training session,

  • Use of a video slideshow and a flipchart,

  • Exchanges with the trainees on a targeted agronomic topic,

  • Co-design workshops,

  • Group work between the trainees,

  • Practical work on the plots,

  • ….

5. OPERATING RULES

Training course represent a moment of sharing between the learners and the trainer, in the respect of each one.

It is therefore essential to:

​

  • Respect the schedules of the training course,

  • In case of absence or delay, notify the trainer or the TERREOM contact person,

  • Sign the attendance sheet at the beginning of each half-day,

  • Participate actively in the discussions during the training course,

  • Respect the speech of other participants and to adopt a benevolent attitude,

  • Keep confidential any information you may have access to during the exchanges with the group,

  • Dare to ask for explanations to avoid misunderstanding,

  • Respect the training environment,

  • Give your feedback about the training action to allow us to improve,

  • Respect the rules of hygiene and safety mentioned in the internal regulations.

6. LOGISTICAL ORGANIZATION

TERREOM will ensure that the person in charge of the host site:

​

  • The compliance of the premises according to the regulations in terms of accessibility, hygiene and safety,

  • The good availability of the additional material needed for the training course in addition to that provided by TERREOM.

​

TERREOM is your contact during the training course and liaises with your manager for any question relating to the organization of the training course.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 1

In accordance with the legislation in force (art. L6351-3 and R6352-1 and 2 of the Labor Code), the purpose of these regulations is to define the general rules of hygiene, safety and disciplinary rules.

ARTICLE 2 - PERSONS CONCERNED

The rules apply to all trainees registered for a TERREOM training session for the entire duration of the training course followed.

Each trainee shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of these rules. and shall accept that measures will be taken against him in the event of non-compliance with them.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL RULES

The prevention of the risks of accidents and diseases is imperative and requires everyone to comply fully with all applicable health and safety requirements.

To this end, the general and specific safety instructions in force at the training site, when they exist, must be strictly observed under pain of disciplinary sanctions.

​

Each trainee shall ensure his personal safety and that of others by respecting the general and specific safety and hygiene instructions in force at the place of training course.

​

However, in accordance with the regulations in force, when the training course takes place on the premises of a company or a community that already has internal regulations, the safety and health measures applicable to trainees are those of the latter regulation.

ARTICLE 4 - PROHIBITION OF SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the training premises.

ARTICLE 5 - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

It is strictly forbidden for trainees to bring alcoholic beverages to the training site and/or present themselves in a state of drunkenness.

ARTICLE 6 - ACCIDENT

Any accident or incident occurring on occasion or during the course of the training must be reported immediately to TERREOM by the trainee or the witnesses of the accident.

ARTICLE 7 - FIRE INSTRUCTIONS

Trainees are required to comply with the procedure in force for the premises hosting the training course.

Trainees are required to immediately carry out the evacuation order given by the trainer or any other authorized person.

DISCIPLINE

ARTICLE 8 - DRESS AND BEHAVIOR

Trainees must wear decent clothing and behave correctly towards all persons present during the training course.

​

As soon as they enter the training room, trainees are asked to switch off their mobile phones or put them on silent mode.

ARTICLE 9 - USE OF EQUIPMENT AND PREMISES

Trainees are required to keep in good condition the equipment made available to them during the training course and to use it in accordance with its purpose.

​

At the end of the training course, the trainee is required to return all material and documents in his possession belonging to the training organization or to the place where the training course takes place, except for the elements distributed during the training course and that the trainee is clearly allowed to keep.

​

The trainee has the obligation to respect the premises in which the training course takes place.

ARTICLE 10 - RECORDINGS

It is strictly forbidden for trainees to record or film a training session.

ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the paper or electronic documentation given to trainees during training course is protected by copyright and is intended for personal use.

ARTICLE 12 - TERREOM'S RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF THEFT OR DAMAGE TO TRAINEES' PROPERTY

TERREOM declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal items belonging to trainees during training course, regardless of the location. Also, it is up to each trainee to look after his property.

ARTICLE 13 - SANCTIONS AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE

Any failure by the trainee to comply with any of the provisions of these internal regulations or any action considered wrongful by TERREOM may be subject to a sanction.

​

The definition and implementation of sanctions, as well as the disciplinary procedure, are governed by the Labour Code (Art. R 6352-3).

PUBLICITY AND DATE OF ENTRY INTO FORCE

ARTICLE 14 - PUBLICITY

These rules are systematically sent to each trainee before the training session at the same time as the invitation to attend.
