We offer training courses on various topics to facilitate the acquisition of quality agronomic knowledge and to enable farmers to increase the fertility of their soil, to adapt their systems in order to obtain quality harvests in quantity and thus evolve towards a multi-performaning agriculture (technically, economically and humanely).

Soil analysis is a fundamental tool for monitoring soil and its fertility. This training course provides all the knowledge necessary for its proper understanding in order to adapt cultural practices accordingly and support soil fertility and the soil-plant relationship. A moment is also devoted to the collective analysis of the documents provided by the participants.
PLANT NUTRITION: UNDERSTAND ALL THE MECHANISMS AND HOW TO OPTIMIZE THEM TO IMPLEMENT PERFORMING SYSTEMS - REASONING APPLIED AT THE FARM SCALE

Throughout its development, the plant needs the resources of the soil to ensure its growth and to produce biomass in quantity and quality. Recent work by agronomists shows that the two parameters go hand in hand. This training course discusses how the relationship between the soil and the plant is structured, as well as the most appropriate practices. The second part deals with how to design an adequate itinerary based on observations directly on the plot.

We also offer tailor-made training courses on agronomic topics such as soil fertility, plant development, the implementation of adapted practices or the adaptation of systems to improve their profitability.
We also intervene on the theme of economic performance analysis to measure the profitability of these systems a posteriori.

We design our training courses in such a way as to offer a new perspective on essential topics on the soil, the systems economics and the role of people in the implementation of this new model.
"PRACTICAL" TRAINING COURSES
Except for one-day training course, we strive to combine theoretical input with practical application. This formula allows you to better understand how to implement solutions in a real situation.
100% AGROECOLOGY
All our training courses aim to enable learners to develop a more "compatible" agro-ecological vision and practices in such a way as to encourage the development of multi-performing agriculture more in relation to its territory and its environment.
SHORT-TERM TRAINING COURSES
Our courses are structured in a 1 to 2 day format. To adapt to all situations, the course can be spread over several half-days.
For "tailor-made" training courses, the duration varies according to the subject covered.
3 TYPES OF FORMAT
Our training courses are designed to be organised mainly on an "inter-company" basis, i.e. bringing together people from different structures.
We also intervene within the same structure or in training centres.
TRAINING COURSES FOR FARM WORKERS
Our training courses are mainly aimed at farmers (farmers, collaborating spouse, joint contributor, care giver ).
They are also open to people in the process of setting up.

AN ADAPTED TRAINING PATH
At present, our training program consists of 7 modules:

Module M1 - Evolve to agroecology to improve technical and agronomic performances,

Module M2 - Increase fertility of the soil,

Module M3 - Understand the plant nutrition mechanism to implement effective systems,
-
Module M4 - Redox potential and pH: understand their influence on the relationship between soil and plant to better develop agroecological practices,

Module M5 - Success in cover crops to improve agroecological performance,
-
Module M6 - Understand and value the soil analysis to increase its fertility,
-
Module M7 - Taylor-made training courses.
The module M7 is in itself independent: its content and format will be adapted according to the audience and the subject concerned.
Modules M4, M5 and M6 each go into more detail on a theme covered in modules M1, M2 or M3. The articulation between these modules and the resulting training path depend on the initial status of the participant.
The candidate for one of our courses can follow 2 possible paths. The orientation towards one or the other depends on his or her experience in agronomy and/or agricultural practice. This aspect is measured:

either just before registering for a course if they contact us beforehand, during an exchange with the candidate,
-
or immediately afterwards, in the light of the answers given in the information gathering questionnaire designed to prepare the course.
LITTLE OR NO FARMING EXPERIENCE
In this case, we recommend that the candidate first complete the module M1 or the modules M2 and M3 before possibly participating in modules M4, M5 or M6 (in any order between these three).
WITH AGRICULTURAL EXPERIENCE
In this case, the candidate can start with the module of his/her choice and then move from one to the other as desired.
